Massachusetts Double Homicide Suspect Arrested On 2 Warrants In Londonderry
Justin David Alba of Peabody, MA, was arrested by U.S. Marshals and police on Forest Street Thursday on 7 active charges out of Lynn, MA.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A murder suspect from Massachusetts was arrested in Londonderry on Thursday afternoon.
The U.S. Marshals Service, Londonderry police, and Massachusetts State Police stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Forest Street and Moore Road around 2:45 p.m. and arrested Justin David Alba, 25, of Peabody, MA, on a warrant and fugitive warrant for two counts of murder, four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and one count assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily harm.

The warrants, according to police, were connected to a double homicide in Lynn, MA, in September 2023.

According to Peabody MA Patch, the case involved a drive-by shooting in the North Shore city that killed Jandriel Heredia, 21, of Revere, MA, and Abraham Diaz, 25, of Lynn, MA.
Along with Alba, Darwin Batista, 20, Yefferson Vallecillo Cambar, 22, Carlos Ramirez Corniel, 16, Leonardo Espinoza, 15, and Abel Severino Reyes, 21, were also arrested on various counts.

Alba waived extradition during an arraignment in Derry District Court on Friday.
