NH University Professor Arrested On Child Sexual Abuse Charges
Joshua Dallaire, an adjunct professor at Southern NH University and a former mayoral candidate in Manchester, is facing felony charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police arrested Joshua Dallaire, 37, of Manchester and charged him with crimes involving distributing and possessing child sexual abuse images Wednesday.
MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel said, "This was the result of a 6-week long, joint investigation by the Manchester Police Department’s Cybercrime Unit and the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children (NH ICAC) Task Force."
Hamel said the case dates back to Sept. 7 when the Manchester Police Cybercrime Unit received a CyberTip forwarded by the NH ICAC, regarding child sexual abuse images showing up on a messaging app account. Through its investigation, officers determined the IP address used for this activity was local, tracing it to Dallaire’s address, on Pine Street in Manchester, Hamel said.
