Sheriffs Arrest Fugitive, 12 Others
The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

Jan. 6
- Lauren Judith Nardella, 32, of 48 Onway Lake Road, Raymond was arrested on another agency's warrant and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
- Richard A. Cosentino, 49, of 214 Middle Road, Apt. #0, Brentwood was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
- Matthew Stephen Ingham, 32, of 12 Salmon St., Apt. 113, Newmarket was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on cocaine possession and operating under the influence charges.
- Jordan John Welch, 19, of 9 Green St., Hampton was arrested on a judge's order for violation of probation on a receiving stolen property charge.
- Kenneth M. Dovey, 41, of 14 Waterford Drive, Apt. #10, Sandown was arrested on a judge's order for violation of a court order.
- Brendon Michael Pacheco, 24, of 21 Rosemont St., Apt. #4, Manchester was arrested on a judge's order for failure to pay restitition on a burglary charge.
- David Joseph O'Shea, 25, of 25 Pine St., Northwood was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on a heroin possession charge.
- Christy Dawn Blondeau, 30, of 35A Markham Circle, Ayer, MA was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on a theft charge.
- Shawn Leigh Hill, 44, of 26 Maple St., Dover was arrested on a judge's order for failure to pay legal fees.
- Zachary Ryan Robinson, 21, of 3 Western Avenue, Apt. #3, Dover was charged with aggravated assault by prisoners.
- John Nelson Titus, 24, of 29 Civic St., Farmington was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on a shoplifting charge.
- Thomas Vincent Frady Jr., 39, of 93 Grockmal Avenue, Springfield, MA was arrested on a judge's order for failure to pay court fees.
- Robert Wesley Shatney, 48, of 231 Thornton St., Apt. #3, Manchester was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on three counts of simple assault, one count of theft and one count of criminal mischief.
