A 19-year-old driver was transferred by medical helicopter to the hospital last night following a two-car accident just before the Exit 4 entrance to I-93 south.  Police and fire officials were on the scene of the accident involving a Hyundai and a larger SUV. The incident took place just after 5:15 p.m, and left the teen severely injured with head trauma. Police issued few details as to the cause of the accident at the scene.
