3rd Strike: Woman Faces Felony for Target Theft
West Stewartstown woman charged with felony theft.

Cheryl Onduso, 27, of 68 High St., West Stewartstown, was arrested Sept. 6, charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a class B felony charge, in connection with merchandise she allegedly stole from Target. Although the theft is a misdemeanor, because of a previous record of theft convictions, it is Onduso's "third strike," elevating the crime to a felony charge.
On February 21, 2013, police responded to Target, 600 Amherst St., for a report of a theft that had occurred on February 1, 2013. The suspect in the theft was identified as Onduso, who allegedly took several WD Passport TB Hard Drives, valued at $99 each.
Onduso was released on $3,000 cash or surety bail pending an upcoming arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on September 16, 2013.
