Arrest In Nashua Sexual Assault, Police Say
Nashua police said David Stevens, of Mason, sexually assaulted an individual in Nashua.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County man was arrested this week on charges he sexually assaulted an individual in Nashua, police announced Wednesday. David Stevens, 26, of Mason, was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated sexual assault, a felony, according to Nashua police Lieutenant Robert Page.
"On July 13, 2017 at 9:00 pm, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniformed Field Operations Bureau investigated a reported sexual assault that occurred in a city residence," Page said in a statement. "The
victim reported that they were sexually assaulted by a person known to them. Members of the Special Investigations Division furthered the investigation and obtained an arrest warrant charging David Stevens with one count of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault."
Stevens was arrested at his Mason residence. He was released on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment in Nashua District Court.
