5 Things: Boston Strong Heroes, Crush Pizza, Milestones, +2
Expect a sunny day today in Nashua. Board of Ed members get busy. And three more items on May 6.

1) Jeff Bauman Jr. gets hero's welcome at The Gahden. Bauman, 27, who lost both his legs in the Boston Marathon bombing April 15, was the surprise fan captain for the Boston Bruins game Saturday night. Bauman waved a banner and pumped his fist in true Boston Strong fashion. Watch the video clip of Bauman.
2) Nashua Ed Board. The Board of Education's Finance and Operations Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at 6:30 at the district office. The BOE committee meetings for May 7 are: Human Resources Committee at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Budget Committee at 7:30 p.m. Click here for the gateway to the BOE calendars.
3) Sunny Nashua. Monday should be sunny with a high near 73, while Tuesday's forecast calls for sun with a high pushing 80, according to the National Weather Service. Enjoy it, as the forecast indicates good chance of rain Wednesday and Thursday.
