Paul Caya apologized to his victim and her family in court.

WMUR reports that Judge Jacalyn Colburn suspended Paul Caya's sentence for prostitution but sentenced him to 3-and-a-half to seven years of home confinement for sex assault.
Caya was 79 when he was arrested in August of 2011, charged with performing sexual acts on a 14 year old female runaway and a then 25-year-old who also faces multiple drug and sex charges.
Police alleged that Caya provided money and cigarettes to the juvenile and Xiggores in exchange for sexual acts, activities which happened inside Caya's Jefferson Street home.
