
Steven Giguere, 24, of 120 Palm Street, Nashua, was arrested Sept. 6, charged in connection with a burglary of a city residence. Giguere is charged with receiving stolen property, class A felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, a class B felony.
On September 1, 2013, at approximately 7:30 p.m., uniformed officers were dispatched to a local residence for the report of a burglary. Detectives assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division’s Burglary Unit furthered the investigation. During the course of the investigation, Giguere was developed as a suspect after being found in possession of property stolen from the reported burglary. A search warrant was obtained for Giguere’s residence and additional property reported stolen from the same burglary was recovered. Giguere was also found to be in possession of narcotics (Oxycodone), during the same search of his residence.
Giguere is being held on a $30,000 cash bond or surety bail, pending his upcoming arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
