1. Public Health Week Continues: As public health week continues there are three activities planned for today, all free and all open to the public:

Well-Being and Relaxation Skills for the Workplace The City of Nashua’s Employee Assistance Program is offering a workshop on well-being and relaxation skills for the workplace. This class is FREE and open to the public.

Where: City Hall Auditorium, 3rd Floor, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

5 Minute Stress Managers This class will help you identify what types of stress you may experience. Learn techniques to reduce it and how to control any further issues with stress. This empowering class is taught by Barb Tremlett. Cost is $15 a person but FREE to the first 12 people that register and attend! Please call 883-1490 to register.

Nashua Steps Into Health The City of Nashua’s Employee Wellness Program kicks off their annual walking program. One group will walk from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on the Heritage Rail Trail behind City Hall. The second walk will begin at Ledge Street School from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Much Ado About Nothing: New Hampshire Food Bank 'Nothing' campaign continues through April 12. You can learn more here. Go get your can of nothing.

3. All Aboard for NYC: Hollis Women's Club invites you to join them for their annual trip to NYC set for May 11. Cost is $65 round trip. Details here.

4. Nashua Garden Club Container Gardening Program: Discover your inner gardener with this how-to program. It's $5 and starts at 7 p.m., First Baptist Church of Nashua.

5. Autism Awareness Week Fundraiser: All week "dough-raiser" at UNOs Chicago Grill at Pheasant Lane Mall. Eat in or take out, and 20 percent of your bill goes to Autism Speaks.
