Hudson Man Charged with DWI Following Accident
Denis Vachon was allegedly driving too fast and under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Hudson Police responded to the area of 20 Highland Street March 21 at about 8:20 p.m. for a report of an accident.
Upon arrival they determined a 2007 Hyunda Azera being operated by Sandra Meyerhoefer, 69, of Hudson, was travelling East on Highland Street when her car was struck from behind by a 2007 Mazda Miata driven by Denis Vachon 57, of Hudson.
Police arrested Vachon at the scene, charging him with unreasonable speed and driving while intoxicated. There were no reported injuries at the scene.

Vachon is scheduled to appear in the Nashua Superior Court for arraignment on April 4, 2013.
