Mass. Company Acquires 2 Nashua Properties
An old Cumby's will become a shopping center; Chili's will remain in place.

Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced Jan. 2 the acquisition of two purchases in Nashua – at 219 and 285 Daniel Webster Highway, completed in separate transactions.
On December 18, Linear Retail purchased 219 Daniel Webster Highway, a 43,947 square foot development site which was owned by Cumberland Farms, Inc. The purchase price was $1,450,000. Linear Retail plans to redevelop the site into a single-story shopping center of approximately 12,000 square feet (divisible to 1,500 square feet). Joel Kadis, Partner of Leasing at Linear Retail will handle the leasing of the site.
On Dec. 27 Linear Retail purchased 285 Daniel Webster Highway, a 5,969 square foot stand-alone restaurant leased to Chili’s Grill and Bar. The property is located across the street from the Pheasant Lane Mall. The purchase price was $3,750,000. Chili's will remain in place.

Linear Retail now owns four properties in Nashua: three located on Daniel Webster Highway and one on Route 101A.
