Man Charged for Pushing Woman Down Flight of Stairs

Prue Sellner, age 23, of 13 ½ Spruce Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested at about 1:30 a.m. on March 18 at a residence at 86A Amherst St., charged with domestic violence/second degree assault.

Police allege Sellner pushed a woman down a flight of stairs, resulting in minor injury, including a broken bone.

A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years in the New Hampshire State Prison, exclusive of fines. Sellner was released from the Nashua Police Department on $5,000 cash or surety bail, pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on March 29, 2013.
