Man with a Vengeance Breaks, Enters, Bites, Gets Arrested
Police say David Coutu faces burglary and assault charges.

David Coutu, 43, no fixed address, was arrested by Nashua Police on May 22 just before 3 a.m., charged with breaking into a woman's apartment with the intention of assaulting a man living there.
Instead, Coutu ended up tussling with another person living in the residence and biting that person in the arm as that person tried to intervene between the two men.
Coutu was charged with: resisting arrest; domestic violence/burglary, a class A felony; simple assault, a class A misdemeanor.

A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive offines. A class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year imprisonment exclusive of fines. Coutu refused bail and is being held at the Nashua PoliceDepartment pending an upcoming arraignment in Nashua District Court.
