March Indictments: Child Sex Abuse, Car Stolen from Dealer, More

March Grand Jury indictments from Hillsborough Superior Court include seven indictments for Scott Colby of Nashua, on various child sex pornography charges for possession of graphic images on his cell phone involving minors.

In addition, Colby was indicted for failing to update information on his quarterly sexual offender registration. According to the state sex offender registry, Colby was convicted in 1993 for four counts of child rape.

Also indicted, Caitlyn Caron of Merrimack, who is charged with theft of a Volvo, which she allegedly took for a test drive from a Lovering Volvo of Nashua and then failed to return.
