Nashua Burglar Runs After Homeowner Confrontation: Police
Nashua police said Steven Tanguay tried to rob a home but fled when the homeowner confronted him.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man who tried to rob a city residence but fled when the homeowner confronted him was later arrested, according to police. Steven Tanguay, 40, was charged with felony burglary.
"At approximately 3:40pm officers investigated a residential burglary," Nashua police Captain James Testaverde said in a statement. "The complainant advised that while he was within his home an unknown male entered the home and attempted to steal items. The resident confronted the suspect who dropped the items and fled from the scene."
Tanguay was held on $7,500 bail pending an arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
