Nashua Fire Day After Christmas: Home Saved
A fire broke out in Nashua on Courtland Street during the early morning hours the day after Christmas.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua firefighters early Tuesday saved a home after a fire broke out in the walls, officials said. The fire broke out on Courtland Street at about 2:50 a.m., according to Nashua Deputy fire Chief Karl Gerhard. Residents said they woke up to the sound of fire roaring through the walls.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze in about a half-hour, Gerhard said. No one was hurt.
