Nashua Jewelry Theft Suspect Arrested: Police
Nashua police said Eric Violette broke recently burglarized a city residence.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested this week in connection with a November jewelry theft, police announced Wednesday. Eric Violette, 34, was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony theft and felony burglary. Violette burglarized a city residence on or about November 9, according to Nashua Police Captain James Testaverde.
"During this burglary, jewelry and other personal items were taken," Testaverde said in a statement. "The Criminal Investigation Division furthered this investigation and were able to recover items taken in this burglary. During the investigation, Violette was identified as the suspect."
Violette's bail was set at $50,000. He was scheduled for an arraignment Wednesday in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Violette has had multiple dealings with Nashua police. He has at least two theft convictions on his record and in September he was arrested in connection with a series of car break-ins.
