Nashua Kohl's Thief Arrested For 'Third Strike': Police

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua woman was recently arrested on a "third-strike" theft charge after an incident at Kohl's. Samantha Rennie, 31, was charged with felony theft and released on $5,000 bail pending an arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

On Friday, November 30, Rennie was observed by Kohl's staff stealing "numerous perfume bottles," according to Nashua police Captain James Testaverde. Responding officers arrested her outside the store.

Rennie has at least two previous theft convictions, upgrading her charge to a felony, according to Testaverde.
