Nashua Man Exposed Child To Drugs: Police
Nashua police said Charles Daye was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested this week on charges he exposed a child he was caring for to drugs. Charles Daye, 25, was arrested Wednesday and charged with a host of crimes.
"On September 1, 2017 at approximately 9:43 pm, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniformed Field Operations Bureau responded to a local hospital for a child having an unknown medical issue," Nashua police Lieutenant Robert Page said in a statement. "Members of the Special Investigations Division furthered the investigation and determined that the child was exposed to illegal drugs while in the care of Charles Daye."
Daye was charged with second-degree assault, reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a children. He also had warrants for drug possession and falsifying evidence, Page said. Daye was held on $100,000 bail pending an arraignment in Nashua District Court.
