Nashua Marijuana Program Applicant Arrested: Police
Police said Betzaida Guzman Oquendo, of Nashua, altered a document when applying to the state's therapeutic cannabis program.

CONCORD, NH — A Nashua woman was recently arrested on charges she altered a document when applying to the state's therapeutic cannabis program. Betzaida Guzman Oquendo, 28, was charged with tampering with public records. She was released on $500 bail pending an arraignment January 19 in Concord District Court.
Under the state's medical marijuana program, only caregivers or those with qualifying medical conditions like cancer or post-traumatic stress can apply for a cannabis license.
