Nashua Police: Massachusetts Knife Threat Suspect Arrested
Nashua police said Jeffrey Howes, of Amesbury, recently threatened a woman in Nashua.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police recently arrested a Massachusetts man after he allegedly threatened a woman with a knife. Jeffrey Howes, 40, of Amesbury, was charged with felony criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon (domestic violence-related) following his arrest December 22. He was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment.
Howes was arrested after officers received an early morning report December 22 of a disturbance.
"The female victim, known to Howes, reported Howes threatened her with a knife during an argument," Page said in a statement. "The victim was not physically injured in the dispute."

Howes was scheduled for an arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
