Schools in Nashua are closed Tuesday due to a winter storm which has already brought several inches of snow before daybreak.

Also, Tuesday trash pick-up has been canceled, according to the Emergency Management Director, Justin Kates.
The National Weather Service out of Taunton, Mass., is calling for accumulations between 10 and 16 inches of snow, followed by icy conditions as the snow tapers off Tuesday night.

Also:
- Currently there is not a parking ban but please keep cars off the roads so plow drivers can clear the streets.
- All morning classes are cancelled at YMCA and Kidstop is closed. A decision on afternoon classes will be made by 11 a.m. The Y is open.
- Nashua Public Library is closed Tuesday
- Pheasant Lane Mall opening at 10 a.m.
