Nashua Victoria's Secret Theft Suspect Caught After Chase: Cops

Nashua police said Hector Gutierrez Calderon was arrested after he tried to steal items from Victoria's Secret at the Pheasant Lane Mall.

NASHUA, NH — A New York man was arrested over the weekend at the Pheasant Lane Mall after police said he tried to steal items from a Victoria's Secret lingerie store. Hector Gutierrez Calderon, of New York, was charged with theft and using a theft-detection shield. Gutierrez Calderon was arrested Saturday at about 4:45 p.m., according to Nashua police Lieutenant Craig Allard.

"Loss Prevention associates identified a male, and other subjects placing items in a bag within the store," Allard said in a statement. "Loss Prevention attempted to stop Hector Gutierrez Calderon but he fled. Other responding officers located and arrested Gutierrez Calderon in the mall parking lot."

Gutierrez Calderon was held on $2,500 bail at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections in Manchester pending an arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
