Woman Charged After Scrapping Stolen Aluminum
Police say Angela Jimenez is responsible taking aluminum from a local business and selling it as scrap.

A Nashua woman is charged with allegedly stealing more than $6,000 worth of aluminum form a West Otterson St. business last month and scrapping it for money.
Jimenez was arrested April 2, 2013, at her residence at 56 Tyler St., Apt. 608, Nashua, on a warrant for receiving stolen property a class A felony.
On March 6, 2013 Nashua Police responded to a West Otterson Street business for a report of a theft of four pieces of machined aluminum that were each valued over $1,500. The aluminum pieces were contracted for an off-site piece of equipment.

Members of the Nashua Police Criminal Investigation Division furthered this investigation and were able to develop Jimenez as a suspect after she allegedly sold two of the pieces of machined aluminum to a local scrap metal buyer in Nashua.
A class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years in the New Hampshire State Prison, exclusive of fines. Jimenez was held on a $1,500 cash bail pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on April 15, 2013.
