'Revenge Porn' Suspect Arrested By Nashua Police

Nashua police said Jamaal Houston posted sexual images of his ex-girlfriend on social media.

NASHUA, NH — A 24-year-old Massachusetts man was arrested by Nashua police this week and charged under New Hampshire's "revenge porn" law, authorities announced Friday. Jamaal Houston, 24, of Boston, was charged with non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images, a felony. New Hampshire lawmakers last approved the "revenge porn" law, which prohibits individuals from sharing explicit images of others, especially through digital media.

According to Nashua police Lieutenant Robert Page, officers opened an investigation in March after receiving a report from a woman that Houston, her ex-boyfriend," disseminated images of her via social media without her consent."

Page said officers found the images and obtained a warrant for Houston's arrest in November. The suspect was caught Monday in Massachusetts then extradited to Nashua, according to Page.
