Dems Zing Scott Brown as 'Desperado'
Democrats launch web video for former Massachusetts senator's latest trip to NH, zing him as 'desperado' and 'carpetbagger' eager to return to Washington.
The New Hampshire Democratic Party launched a web video called "Desperado" to attack former U.S. Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) ahead of his latest visit to New Hampshire.
Brown, who has said he hasn't ruled out a possible run for office in New Hampshire, has a scheduled speaking engagement today in Keene. It is one of a handful of high-profile visits to New Hampshire, where he has also helped raise money for the Republican State Committee.
The web ad, attached here, criticizes some of the senator's votes, with a track of "Desperado" over the footage. Democrats picked up where their past criticism left off: accusing Brown of being beholden to Wall Street, not Main Street.

Brown has a second home in Rye, N.H., and he noted in a recent speaking engagement that he has nine generations of family roots in New Hampshire. The prospect of him being a candidate again, but in New Hampshire, was first raised after he spoke at an event in Nashua.
A recent poll indicated Brown has a long way to go to win over Granite Staters, but some savvy political observers, like that it's a very interesting proposition.
