Sex Offender Arrested Again In Nashua: Police
Nashua police said Timothy O'Mara, required to register as a sex offender the rest of his life, was arrested this week.

NASHUA, NH — A convicted sex offender who must register with authorities for the rest of his life was arrested again in Nashua this week, according to police. Timothy O'Mara, of Nashua, was charged with two counts of duty in inform, a felony.
According to Nashua police Captain James Testaverde, officers recently received information O'Mara moved to a Nashua address "without properly updating his Sex Offender Registration information."
"An investigation was initiated ... (and) it was determined that O’Mara failed to report two changes to his information as required and a warrant was obtained for his arrest," Testaverde said in a statement.

In 1994, O'Mara was convicted of raping a child in Essex County, Massachusetts. He is now required to register semi-annually as a "Tier II" sex offender the rest of his life. In 2008, he was convicted of duty to report in Nashua, police said.
O'Mara was held at the Valley Street Jail on $2,000 bail pending an arraignment.
