Sex Offender Arrested In Nashua: Police
Nashua police said Joshua Farnum, a registered sex offender, failed to properly report information to authorities.

NASHUA, NH — A convicted New Hampshire sex offender was arrested in Nashua this week after he allegedly failed to report information to authorities per the terms of his conviction. Joshua Farnum, 24, with no fixed address, was charged with duty to inform, a felony.
According to Nashua police Captain James Testaverde, officers encountered Farnum Tuesday while responding to a medical call.
"While on scene, Officers subsequently made contact with Farnum and it was determined that he failed to report a change to his information as required per the sex offender registration requirements," Testaverde said in a statement.

In September 2016, Farnum was convicted of sexual assault in Jaffrey District Court and he is required to register semi-annually as a "Tier I" sex offender for 10 years.
Farnum was held at the Valley Street Jail on $1,000 bail pending an arraignment.
