Tremblay Apologizes for Claim about Boston Marathon Bombing Victim
NH Rep who called Boston Marathon bombing 'black ops' attack had questioned a victim's injuries.

State Rep. Stella Tremblay (R-Auburn) offered an apology for her latest controversial conspiracy comment – questioning the injuries suffered by Boston Marathon bombing victim Jeff Bauman.
WMUR reports Tremblay issued a statement yesterday that reads: "My sincere apologies if I have offended anyone with my comments regarding the Boston Marathon Bombing. It was out of my sincere desire to question the violated constitutional rights of the residents in Watertown in the name of searching for one fugitive."
As Nashua Patch reported May 1, Tremblay was on the air with California-based radio host Pete Santilli when she said of Bauman, "He was not in pain; he was not in shock. If I had had those type of injuries, I'd be screaming in agony."

Tremblay first found herself under fire when she left a comment on the Facebook page of conservative media star Glenn Beck that the marathon bombings were a "black ops" attack involving the U.S. government. Though her comment was in the form of a statement, she told New Hampshire reporters that was trying to bring attention that the attack raised numerous questions.

If that was doubling down on her initial Facebook comment, her wild claim of Bauman have fake injuries was a tripling down. And New Hampshire Democrats and Republicans lined up again to denounce her. The New Hampshire Democratic Party called on Tremblay to resign. The New Hampshire Republican Committee has disavowed her, and will ban her from receiving any NHGOP support, WMUR reported. NHGOP Chairwoman Jennifer Horn has also said Tremblay is unfit to hold office.
