I've driven past this building plenty of times but never really paid that much attention to it. The other day I entered through the back and drove around the front. Wow, so much parking area. It's big, but not overwhelmingly so; it's spacious and it's for sale, according to the listing at Norton Asset Management.

I called the number on the sign out front to try to get a little more information but so far no call back. Here's what I know:
