Woman Accused of Robbery of iPhone, iPad Mini

Pelham Police assisted Nashua Police in locating Kimberly Masson.

Kimberly Masson, 30, 17 Simpson Road, Pelham, was arrested March 18 on a warrant out of Nashua Police Department charging her with robbery, a class B felony, in connection with a March 11 incident at the Wireless Zone.

According to police, on March 11 patrol officers were dispatched to 291 Main St., The Wireless Zone, for a report of a theft of an iPhone 5 and a iPad Mini. With the assistance of the Pelham Police Kimberly Masson was developed as a suspect.

During the course of the investigation it was discovered that Masson used force during the commission of the alleged theft. It is alleged Masson swung her arm and struck a store employee in an effort to retain possession of the stolen property. Based on this, a warrant was completed for the arrest of Masson for an unarmed Robbery, Class B Felony. Masson is being held at the Nashua Police Department pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on March 19, 2013.
