Concerts at Nottingham Community Church ,UU
On Sunday February 8 ,2026, from 3 to 5 pm , the Nottingham Community Church , 106 Church Street, Nottingham, NH ,is hosting "The Fiddling Thomson’s" a local father and son team from Lee, New Hampshire, who are recipients of the 2023 New Hampshire Governor’s Arts Award for Folk Heritage.
This will be their third appearance at the church’s concert series. These multi talented musicians really "rock the house" with rousing fiddle tunes and music made with a wide range of interesting instruments they collect from around the world.
They have been performing together throughout New England for over 20 years, and also in such far away places as New York, Pennsylvania, California, England, and for several tours to China. You can learn more about them on their web site at
Donations are accepted at the door to pay the band and "keep the heat and lights on at the church" so we can continue this wonderful concert series.
Light refreshments at intermission ( also for donation) along with
door prizes.
