Alleged Heroin Dealer Held on $10K Bail
Christopher Riley was ordered held on $10,000 bail at his arraignment on Thursday morning.
Portsmouth Police arrested a Kittery, ME man on heroin and marijuana sales charges on Wednesday night.
Christopher Riley, 19, of 17 Moore St., Kittery was arrested for one count of sale of heroin and one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He was already out on bail from Portsmouth for possession of heroin and falsifying physical evidence. He was charged with breach of bail and criminal contempt as a result. He was also out on bail from Methuen, MA for possession of heroin.
Riley was arraigned Thursday morning in Portsmouth District Court and held on $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled for a probable cause hearing on March 10 at 1 p.m.
