Blizzard Will Give City More Snow, High Winds
Portsmouth residents could get another 8 inches of snow today after seeing 13- to 19 inches of snow on Friday night.

The second day of the Blizzard of 2013's one-two punch will give Portsmouth area residents as much as 8 more inches of snow on top of the 13- to 19 inches of snow that fell overnight.
The National Weather Service in Gray, Maine is also calling for high, blustery winds of 22- to 24 mph and a wind chill factor of -1 degrees to go with a high temperature of 21 degrees.
The high winds will also create a lot of blowing snow throughout the morning and afternoon that will continue to limit visibility and create hazardous driving conditions. The National Weather Service's blizzard warning is also scheduled to end at 4 p.m. on Saturday and the blizzard should abate by then.
