Concord Man Charged with Sexting City Girl Headed for Trial
Portsmouth Circuit Court judge finds probable cause.

A Concord man who Portsmouth Police say sent explicit sexual messages to a 15-year-old Portsmouth girl is headed for trial after a Portsmouth Circuit Court judge found probable cause on Thursday.
WMUR reported on Friday morning the court determined that Portsmouth Police had presented sufficient evidence to support the four felony charges against Brad Lizotte, 46, of 107 Rumford St. in Concord.
According to the Portsmouth Police log, Lizotte was arrested on Jan. 23 and charged with one count of obscene matter/materials, one count of prohibited certain uses of computer services and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
