DNA Connects Indicted Thief to Unsolved Domino's Armed Robbery

Thanks to DNA evidence found on clothing ditched near the scene, a suspect has finally been charged and arraigned in connection to a year-old armed robbery at the Hampton Domino's, according to the Union Leader.

David Wilson, 27, was arraigned Friday at the Rockingham County House of Corrections for allegedly using a , according to the Union Leader. The Union Leader has reported Wilson allegedly dumped a sweatshirt he was wearing near an auto shop in the area after obtaining a small amount of money from the Lafayette Road pizzeria.

Police were allegedly able to connect Wilson to the incident because DNA found on the sweatshirt matched DNA obtained from a bandana worn during an armed robbery at a , according to the Union Leader. Wilson will soon go to trial on charges connected to that incident and a .

Wilson allegedly used the pellet gun in both Portsmouth incidents, which is one of the ways police connected the incidents. Wilson was recently indicted for the Portsmouth incidents.
