Dover Man Charged After Throwing Clock at Girlfriend
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, Feb. 7 through Sunday, Feb. 10.
Thursday:
- At 12:06 p.m., police reported an accident on Hanover Street after a COAST bus driver said a vehicle struck the bus while it was unoccupied.
- At 3:21 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Woodbury Avenue after the manager said someone shot a driveway marker or an arrow into the front of the building.
- At 3:26 p.m., police reported a theft of two license plates from an Operation Blessing truck on Lafayette Road.
- At 4 p.m., police reported a theft on Jackson Hill Street after the caller said someone stole items valued at $1,500 from his house.

- At 6:10 p.m., police reported the theft of a wallet on Islington Street.
- At 6:25 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man for drunken driving on Lafayette Road. Michael Tetreault, 46, of 600 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth was charged with driving while intoxicated.
- At 10:53 p.m., police arrested a Dover man on Market Street following a domestic incident where police say he threw a clock at his girlfriend's head and injured her. Matthew Westcott, 39, of 12 Carriage Hill Lane in Dover was charged with four counts of simple assault.
Saturday:
- At 12:03 a.m., police reported reckless conduct on Bow and Market streets after a city Public Works truck driver said a skateboarder tried to hitch a ride on the back of the vehicle during the Blizzard of 2013.
- At 1:55 a.m., police arrested a Rye woman on Salter Street. Mary Carney Rohacek, 52, of 20 Blueberry Lane in Rye was charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention.
- At 4:25 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Holiday Drive who was involved in a domestic incident. Shawn M. Clancy, 31, of 35 Holiday Drive, Apt. A in Portsmouth was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism), two counts of simple assault and default or breach of bail conditions.
- At 10:45 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Clinton Street following a domestic incident. Evan W. Patten, 41, of 250 Clinton St. in Portsmouth charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
