Dover Man Faces Multiple Drug and Alcohol Charges
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Sunday, Feb. 10 through Tuesday, Feb. 12.
Sunday:
- At 2:03 p.m., police reported disorderly conduct on Parrott Avenue after the caller said a male subject was waiting for a parking spot and became agitated when the driver of the other vehicle didn't move out his car. The male subject then got out of his car and kicked the other driver's car, causing some damage. Police indicated they would serve a warrant.
- At 6:01 p.m., police reported a theft on Lafayette Road after a female subject stole some merchandise from a store and then jumped into a taxi cab with Massachusetts plates and fled the area.
- At 7:25 p.m., police arrested a Dover man on multiple alcohol and drug-related charges following a motor vehicle accident on Weald Road. Brandon Ramon Vinson, 20, of 43 Addison Place in Dover was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, two counts of possession of controlled narcotic drugs, conduct after an accident and two counts of possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

- At 9:24 a.m., police reported a theft from a vehicle parked on Andrew Jarvis Drive.
- At 11:06 a.m., police reported the theft of copper from five HVAC units located on the roof of a vacant business on Lafayette Road.
- At 3:10 p.m., police arrested a Northwood woman who was involved in a domestic incident on Grant Road. Susan Allard, 53, of 616 First NH Turnpike in Northwood was charged with simple assault.
- At 10:16 p.m., police took a report of a rape - forcible sexual assault on White Cedar Boulevard.
Tuesday:
- At 6:56 a.m., police reported a theft on Hanover Street after the caller said someone broke into three cars and stole some tools.
- At 7:48 a.m., police reported another theft from an unlocked vehicle on McDonough Street where the caller said someone stole a wallet.
- At 8:20 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Darryl M. Landry, 45, of 352 Hanover St., Apt. 6, in Portsmouth was wanted for simple assault.
- At 10:15 a.m., police reported a stolen trailer from a parking lot on Heritage Avenue.
- At 6:43 p.m., police reported the theft of $100 in loose change and other items from a vehicle parked on Thaxter Road.
- At 9:53 p.m., police arrested two female juveniles who were ripping up carpet outside of their dorm room on Middle Street.
- At 10:34 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was involved in a domestic incident on Weald Road. Brandon Sargent, 21, of 3 Weald Road in Portsmouth was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
