Durham Man Charged with Second DWI

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, July 25 through Friday, July 26.
Thursday:
- At 6:21 p.m., police reported a theft on State Street after the caller said a female subject stole a pair of earrings.
- At 6:44 p.m., police arrested a Durham man for drunken driving on Ruby Road. Johna Nadeau, 44, of 3 Constable Road was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense).
- At 8:11 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man following a domestic incident on Blue Heron Drive. Raydean White, 44, of 145 Blue Heron Drive was charged with violating a protective order; penalty.
- At 9:15 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Islington Street after the caller said someone climbed to the top of the roof of his business and smashed a control box for his lights.
- At 11:25 a.m., police reported a theft of some money on Jones Avenue.
- At 2:12 p.m., police charged a Maine woman with violating the city's open container ordinance in Market Square. Kathleen St. Clair, 27, of P.O. Box 155, York Harbor, Maine was charged with that violation.
- At 10:48 p.m., police reported a theft of an iPhone and an iPod from a hotel room near the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.
