Firefighters, Mass. Lt. Gov. Tim Murray to Stump for Obama
Campaign event to be held at Portsmouth Fire Station 2 ahead of Monday night's presidential debate.

Fire Fighters for Obama will be joined by Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Tim Murray to discuss President Obama's vision for a job creating economy built to last and Romney's failed record in Massachusetts at a campaign stop in Portsmouth.
The event will be held on Monday at 2 p.m. at Portsmouth Fire Station 2 at the "Vigilance" fountain ahead of Monday night's final presidential debate, according to Obama for America-New Hampshire campaign officials.
President Obama has laid out his plan that will create jobs, expand opportunity and ensure an economy built to last – one that's built from the middle out, not the top down. An important part of the President's jobs plan would put first responders on the streets and teachers in the classrooms. In a stunning moment of candor, Mitt Romney mocked that idea. He said we need fewer fire fighters, police officers, and teachers.
On every issue, this election is a choice between two fundamentally different visions for our future. As a candidate, Mitt Romney has yet to offer one idea that would create good-paying, sustainable jobs for the middle class.
