1. Today's weather: The National Weather Service is calling for a partly sunny day with a high near 34 degrees. On Thursday night, it will be partly cloudy with a low around 23 degrees.
2. Parking garage discussion: City Councilor Ken Smith will host an informal discussion with city residents this Saturday at the Works Bakery Cafe from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to hear their suggestions on where the city should build a new parking garage.
3. Planning Board meeting: The Portsmouth Planning Board will meet on Thursday at City Hall at 7 p.m. The agenda can be viewed on the city's website.

4. Don't miss "Robot and Frank": The movie, "Robot and Frank," will be shown at the Portsmouth Public Library Levenson Meeting Room on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
