Florida Man Illegally Voted In NH 2016 Presidential Election: AG
Four people have been charged with illegally voting in New Hampshire during the 2016 presidential election.

CONCORD, NH — A fourth individual has been charged with illegally voting in New Hampshire during the 2016 presidential election. Michael Lewis, 45, of Miami, Florida, was charged with felony-level wrongful voting, New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald announced Monday. Lewis voted in Hooksett even though he "was not domiciled there for voting purposes," according to MacDonald.
Lewis was recently indicted on the charge in Merrimack County Superior Court, meaning a grand jury determined there was enough evidence in the case to warrant a trial. He faces a maximum penalty of seven years in prison, a $4,000 fine, and the revocation of his voting privileges in New Hampshire.
Earlier this year, a University of New Hampshire student and a Hampton couple were charged with illegally voting in 2016. The three were accused of voting in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

MacDonald said his office is investigating 51 cases involving possible voter fraud related to the 2016 election. The investigation is "active and ongoing," according to MacDonald.
Hillary Clinton beat President Trump by about 3,000 votes overall to win New Hampshire' four electoral votes in 2016. Trump claimed he lost New Hampshire because "thousands" of illegal voters were bussed in from Massachusetts. Trump organized a voter fraud panel, which disbanded earlier this year after some members claimed there was no widespread evidence of fraud.
