The former restaurant building has 3,663 square feet and is located next to the Salvation Army store and the new shopping plaza where McKinnon's Meat Market, Subway, Big Lots and other businesses reside. It is being marketed for lease by Paul McInnis of Portsmouth. It was closed by Friendly's corporate office in Massachusetts along with several other restaurants across New England.
