Hampstead Man Charged with Smashing Car Window
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, Jan. 10 through Sunday, Jan. 13.
Thursday:
- At 7:32 a.m., police reported a theft at Springbrook Circle.
- At 7:41 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Wibird Street where an ambulance struck a car.
- At 2:30 p.m., police reported a theft on Marcy Street after the caller said someone entered her car and took some change.

- At 10:56 a.m., police arrested a Lewiston, Maine man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Zachary T. Poirier, 18, of 302 Grove St. in Lewiston, Maine was wanted on a bench warrant from Candia District Court.
- At 12:38 p.m., police reported a theft from a motor vehicle on Coakley Road.
- At 1:10 p.m., police reported a theft of a wallet on Woodbury Avenue that the caller said led to more than $5,000 of credit card charges.
- At 2:38 p.m., police took two homeless men into protective custody for intoxication after they harassed a store clerk on Islington Street.
- At 3:04 p.m., police arrested a Lebanon, Maine man on the Route 1 Bypass south bound. Jack W. Moreau, 34, of 25 Old Rye Field Road in Lebanon, Maine was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal threatening (intimidation).
- At 4:47 p.m., police arrested a Hampton man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Jesse Simons, 25, of 11 Roberts Road in Hampton was wanted for bail jumping.
- At 7:40 p.m., police reported a theft on Middle Street after the caller said someone stole his PS3 gaming system and iPhone.
Saturday:
- At 9:51 a.m., police reported a burglary on Willow Lane after the caller said someone broke into his basement and stole his guitar amplifier and a speaker cabinet.
- At 11:04 a.m., police reported a theft of change from a motor vehicle on Osprey Drive.
- At 2:34 p.m., police reported a theft of a satellite radio from a car on Osprey Drive.
- At 4:13 p.m., police reported a theft on Blue Heron Drive after the caller said someone went through his vehicle, but didn't take anything.
- At 5:24 p.m., police reported a theft of a wallet from a purse on Arthur Brady Drive.

- At 12:30 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Daniel Street after an intoxicated man smashed a car window. Brent M. Debary, 26, of 42 Anne Drive in Hampstead was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
