Hampton Man Arrested for Robbery
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Saturday, Nov. 10 through Monday, Nov. 12.
Saturday:
- At 12:37 p.m., police reported a theft at Vaughn Mall where a stolen ring was later recovered.
- At 1:38 p.m., police reported a theft on Sagamore Avenue after the caller said his roof rack on his vehicle was stolen.
- At 4:31 p.m., police reported a theft on Islington Street after the caller said a homeless man stole an American flag from a flag pole.
- At 4:43 p.m., police reported the theft of a cell phone with a suspect on Parrott Avenue.
- At 11:48 p.m., police arrested a Nottingham woman for drunken driving on Woodbury Avenue. Megan Lee Lovlien, 24, of 151 Mountain Road in Nottingham was charged with driving while intoxicated.

- At 10:02 a.m., police reported the theft of a wallet and iPod from a vehicle on Raleigh Way.
- At 1:57 p.m., police reported shoplifting at a Vaughn Mall store and at 2:11 p.m., police reported another shoplifting complaint at another Vaughn Malls store involving two suspects.
- At 8:47 p.m., police arrested a Maine man for liquor offenses on Weald Road. Antoine William Pratt, 19, of 367 North Hill Road in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, criminal trespass and making a false report to law enforcement.
- At 8:54 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Middle Road after the caller said a female resident assaulted a staff member with a stick and threw a chair at a mirror and broke it.
Monday:
- At 7:20 a.m., police reported criminal threatening on Lincoln Avenue when the caller said he was walking his dog and encountered a female subject walking her dog. The male caller said the female subject's dog started attacking his dog and after kicked the other dog, the female subject started to verbally threaten him.
- At 7:34 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Pleasant Street after the caller reported a smashed driver side mirror on his vehicle.
- At 3:33 p.m., police arrested a Hampton man for robbery after a business on Arthur Brady Drive reported shoplifting with two suspects in custody. Peter Anthony Harkins, 24, of 135 Exeter Road in Hampton was charged with unarmed robbery.
