HarborCorp Repects Portsmouth's Past, Delivers its Future
Company announces improvements to North End Portsmouth Project.

After months of redesigning its North End Portsmouth development project, HarborCorp announced that it is resuming the public approval process with the city of Portsmouth. HarborCorp redesigned the project to reflect input from city boards, staff, elected officials, and the public during the preliminary review phase.
“We worked hard to incorporate into North End Portsmouth as much of the positive feedback that we could,” said Chris Thompson of HarborCorp. “ We want this to be a project that we are proud of and that Portsmouth will be proud of for years to come.”
North End Portsmouth includes a Whole Foods Market, a conference center and boutique hotel, a parking garage, and 14 residential units.

HarborCorp was able to reduce the size of the building by 50,000 square feet; add a rooftop garden with public access; and create North End Plaza, a large gathering space on the corner of Deer Street and Russell Street that will include an outdoor café.
