Anyone who may have any information about this case should contact Portsmouth Police Officer Christopher Kiberd at 603-610-7504. People can also contact Seacoast Crime Stoppers by leaving an anonymous tip at (603) 431-1199 or at <a href="http://seacoastcrimestoppers.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">seacoastcrimestoppers.org</a>. They can also text tips to CRIMES (274637) with the letters "TIPSCS" and leave tips that way. If a tip leads to an arrest or indictment of the individual, an individual who provided it could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000.
