3:50 p.m.: There are now 355 PSNH customers in Portsmouth who have lost power.

3:00 p.m.: Fox Run Mall officials in Newington announced the mall will close at 3 p.m.

2:00 p.m.: City officies and facilities to close at 3 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. to be consistent with Gov. John Lynch's declaration for a State of Emergency.

1:30 p.m.: Fire Chief Christopher LeClaire expects to see many power outages from Sandy's high winds.
