Maine Man Arrested for Sexual Assault
Portsmouth Police say Paul Fierley committed the aggravated sexual assaults in November.

Portsmouth Police arrested a Maine man on Thursday for two sexual assaults that took place in November.
Paul Fierley, 50, of 66 Browns Corner Road in Canaan, Maine, was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, according to Portsmouth Police Capt. Mike Schwartz.
Schwartz said Fierley had a video arraignment from the Rockingham County Jail and is currently being held on $25,000 cash bail. He said Fierley is scheduled to appear in the Portsmouth Court on March 4 for a probable cause hearing.

Police want anyone who may have any information concerning Paul Fierley’s arrest to contact Portsmouth Police Det. Rogers-Bernier at (603)610-7529.
Members of the public can also contact Seacoast Crime Stoppers by leaving an anonymous tip at (603)431-1199 or at seacoastcrimestoppers.org. People can also text tips to CRIMES (274637) with the letters "TIPSCS" and leave their tips that way. If someone's tip leads to an arrest or indictment of the individual, they could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000.
